Arts in the Park in Manhattan
Chill Out in Manhattan at Arts in the Park
Grab a blanket or some lawn chairs and go to the Manhattan City Park for some great music and theater performances.

Manhattan's Arts in the Park summer concert series has provided great entertainment to local residents and visitors for many years. This free concert series is held at the Larry Novell Band Shell in the Manhattan City Park. Most performances begin at 8 p.m.

It's County Fair Time!
Riley County Fair
From 4-H exhibits to carnival rides, the Riley County Fair offers a great time for the whole family.

Be sure to attend the Riley County Fair Parade on Thursday, July 24 at 6 pm, and then catch the performances at the Riley County Idol Contest on July 25-27.

The Kaw Valley PRCA Rodeo is sure to be a big event with competition beginning at 8 pm on July 24-26.

Don't forget the 2008 Fair Factor on Saturday, July 26.
